GAS PRODUCTION UNITS (GPUs)

Gas Production Units, or GPUs, consist of an indirect fired heater and a separator.  The GPU is a primary refining process for removing liquids from natural gas immediately after exiting the well.  Units are typically skid mounted and often fully enclosed.  Any number of customizations can be incorporated, including heat exchanger designs, separator orientations, burner configurations, instrumentation and overall layout.  Barcon can offer a fully engineered package based on specific inlet conditions and expected performance.  Documentation output includes 3D models, mechanical drawings, process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), design calculations and ASME code calculations.  Products are shipped complete, fully functional and ready for installation.
